The #TeamSPS Coffee Guild met today and Rob Rutscher brought in his Decent Espresso machine along with the Niche Zero grinder and served up delicious coffee for folks today. Brought a lot of joy. ☕️

Needed two more sets of hiking poles for our trip to Switzerland. Tyler and I went to REI and after consulting with the hiker in the store decided on LEKI sticks. I got the Makalu Cork Lite and he got the Lhasa.

These three pork butts spent 18 hours in the Sous Vides at 165 °F and are finishing with 2 hours on the Big Green Egg at 220 °F. 🐖🔥
