The extent to which Shortcuts on iOS 15 is broken is shocking. Any moderately complex shortcut will randomly fail from one execution to another, with multiple different error conditions. It is unusable in current form.

A very common business mistake I see is attempting to adopt practices from companies with total revenue close to yours. I think growth rate is a better way to determine what you can learn from outside practices.

We sought out the Animales Burger trailer at Bauhaus Brewing Co tonight. Our first time trying their burgers and they were incredible! Wow! 🍔
We found our totaled out Honda Pilot going through the auction process. I wasn’t sure it was ours but we looked up the VIN and it is.
They hadn’t taken my Minnesota United sticker off the bumper. For sure ours.
It ended up selling for a little over $12,000.

We went to the Edina Homecoming Parade after the kids got done with school today. It was fun to see a High School Marching Band.
It was a stellar evening to connect, for the first time in two years, with this great group of local CIOs and CTOs. Kraus-Anderson was nice enough to share their balcony space with the group (Thanks Tony Peleska). The weather was perfect. A big thank you to Dee Thibodeau, Nick Hernandez, and Nate Haines for making this happen. And the wine overviews from Chuck Kanski of Solo Vino Wines were great, as always.
