At Chanhassen Dinner Theatres for Footlose! Mazie and Tyler’s first time here. 🎶🎭

Today we closed on our new home! We weren’t looking but a truly unique and special property came on the market and we made the leap! We move back to the Lynnhurst neighborhood in a couple weeks. 📦

These are the things that work and have a real benefit when I’m feeling drained and want to be kind to myself:

  1. Double my usual meditation time.
  2. Anything outside.
  3. Moderate physical exertion.
  4. Time with friends and family.

You can do more than one at a time.

When left to my own devices, it surprises me how much of my daily food intake turns into a couple bowls of cereal with milk. 🥣🤷🏼‍♂️

First strawberries from the garden. So delicious. 🍓 We need to put straw down to keep them off the dirt.

The Playdate arrived! Preordered this about a year ago. Initial impression is great. Adorable device. And the crank is just so cranky! Can’t wait to play with this and maybe create something for it. 🤩
