Tim Cook, Apple’s chief executive, received more than 5m shares in the firm and sold most of them, pocketing over $750m this week. The stock grant—part of a compensation package set in 2011—was contingent on the tech firm meeting various financial targets, which it did. Under Mr Cook’s tenure, Apple’s market capitalisation has risen more than seven-fold. — Economist Espresso, Saturday, August 28.

We had our very first quarterly company meeting with some of the team in-person, masked, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. It was great to see so many of #TeamSPS together for the first time in so long.

Decided to take in a gorgeous day and work on our porch today. iPad Pro in Sidecar display is nice to have more desktop.

We shopped for a bit in Victual in Crosby, MN this morning. The passion of the owners and the quality experience were great. If you are in the area a stop here is required. Many locally sourced products.

This is my workstation setup for our February stay in Mesa, AZ. The mStand is critical to getting the screen and camera at a good height. The 12.9” iPad Pro does great double duty as a second display using Sidecar.
