Tammy and I had a great evening at the Tina Schlieske show at The Dakota tonight. It was my favorite show of hers ever, but I’ve only seen her about eight times compared to Tammy’s 100 plus! It was a rocking show too! π€©πΆ
Mason Jennings at The Dakota
I don’t remember exactly when I heard Mason Jennings first album but it wasn’t long after it was out and I played it a lot. It was a real treat that he played a number of those songs at the Dakota this evening, and I was surprised to realize that I still knew the words to nearly all of them after so many years. This show was a real treat. πΆ

We returned to The Dakota to see The New Standards tonight. We’ve seen Chan, John, and Steve play there at least a dozen times, and they always give a great show. πΆ

Ryman Auditorium
We visited the Ryman Auditorium and saw the birthplace of country and bluegrass music. It seems fitting that the Ryman was originally built as a tabernacle, because walking around it and thinking of all the amazing performances that have been there felt nearly spiritual. πΆ
