Claude and I did a session in WT Builder focused on the generated audio for Weekly Thing issues. This was one of the goals I had with the new authoring app. Audio pauses will now fall in natural breaks in the flow. Each functional block of text is generated on its own. Better …
Keep reading · 1 minute: Weekly Thing Podcast ImprovementsI just published Weekly Thing 350 which is notably the very first issue to go through my new WT Builder app that I created with Claude. It worked pretty well and since it was first time on new code I told Claude to literally watch me use it on the server it was running on and fix things in realtime.
This originally started as a commentary on a link for the Weekly Thing and then got so long it became a blog post of its own. Many themes in this article start from my Software is Liquid article from April. The craft of building software is in the largest state of disruption I’ve …

I had an idea to “flip” Elixir, the Clash Royale agent I created, upside-down and open up MCP use — Elixir MCP! Every single part of this I’ve created in other solutions. Claude (Fable 5.0) and I spec’d it out and I put Claude Code in a /loop and six hours later we had a working system.
From The Economist’s World in Brief today:
OpenAI said that GPT‑5.6 Sol, a frontier model, and another unreleased model hacked into a software company’s system without being told to do so. The lab said the models escaped its testing environment, went online and stole login credentials for Hugging Face, an AI platform. Hugging Face said that it used a Chinese model to defend itself because the guardrails on American models made them useless.
Wild.
Turns out ChatGPT is a fan of POAP KINGS! Wonder if our agent optimized interface is helping?
