Stunned by how hard it is going to be to do a cross-platform (win to mac) upgrade of Photoshop.
Trying to call Adobe support for my CS3 license and the wait is so long they just end the call immediately.
On hold for 30 minutes and still waiting to process Photoshop upgrade.
Still on hold with Adobe Sales. Wow.
After being on hold for 1 hour, reach a human, who puts me on hold, and the call disconnects. ARGGH!
About ready to give up on Adobe for the night.
Successfully upgraded Photoshop and Illustrator. Very painful. Still have to send a fax tomorrow!
