I like these new “What’s new” screens that Drafts started showing. This is a great way for a subscription product to make sure that people see the continued new capabilities being added all the time.

Just upgraded my first machine to macOS Monterey. Very smooth. Took about an hour. I’m giddy to see Shortcuts on my Mac now! Going to be playing around for a while now.
On “my” Internet Facebook and all of its properties are blocked every day, so I didn’t realize they had some downtime today. The Internet works just fine, better even, without it.
It was a stellar evening to connect, for the first time in two years, with this great group of local CIOs and CTOs. Kraus-Anderson was nice enough to share their balcony space with the group (Thanks Tony Peleska). The weather was perfect. A big thank you to Dee Thibodeau, Nick Hernandez, and Nate Haines for making this happen. And the wine overviews from Chuck Kanski of Solo Vino Wines were great, as always.
Starting my first iOS & iPadOS 15 upgrades! I skip the public betas in large part so I can have the fun of doing big OS upgrades like a present. 🎁
I decided to try a subscription to Sam Harris so that I can get full episodes of the Making Sense podcast. In addition to previous episodes, his 4-hour conversation with Balaji Srinivasan, The Reckoning to Come, got me to pull the trigger.
Just upgraded both of my Synology DS416 to DSM 7.0! Looks like a nice upgrade, with some configuration stuff to work through. ✨

There is a lot of power in Feedbin actions!
Arrays of knobs and dials are mesmerizing. Even old ones. At Rochester Museum & Science Center.
I’ve been following the development of the Playdate for a while. I love all the innovation — including games by season and the crank! The games look like they will be fun to pick up and play. I’ll be pre-ordering on Thursday!
