I’ve always known that OmniFocus tasks could repeat, but had never realized projects could repeat! Very nice!
I find the “back and forth” of scheduling frustrating, so I set up a Doodle account with a public “Meet Me” page. I hope it helps!
FastMail may have switched me to a webmail convert. They have a ridiculously fast interface.

Sort of surprising Day One doesn’t allow audio files to be put in an entry. Seems odd.
IFTTT also an Office 365 channel could be a game changer for using you at work. Not sure if APIs exist though.
I now have my SPS Commerce mailbox on Office 365. Very fast. I may actually just use the Outlook web interface for Office 365. Really like it.

pdfconvert.me is a free email service which will take the content of a message and return that content back to the sending email as a PDF attachment. This allows mobile devices to have a “print to PDF” feature in many circumstances.
