My FSA needs a Doctors Note to pay an expense that was incurred at a Doctors office?

All I can see in these FSA claim push backs are people getting bonuses on underpaying claims. Cynical, but I suspect true.

There is something wrong about the Nice Ride fob being made to attach to a keychain.

Would rather have a card that I could keep in my wallet to get Nice Ride bikes.
