Martina Restaurant

We went to Martina for the first time last night and I was very impressed! The space is great and we got to sit right by the kitchen and watch the woodfire grill being stoked. We started with the Crab Cakes which were amazing. Then we had the Pork Chop Pizzaiola and Fusilli with Lamb Shoulder for the main and both were fabulous. The Panqueque dessert was delicious. The meal didn’t cost an arm and a leg and they even have a kids menu and mocktails, which we will likely try out next time when we bring the whole family.

Tammy and I went to see Lady Bird last night. It was really good and I liked it a lot, despite my bias against coming of age stories.

We went to Wonder tonight and it’s a fabulous movie. It tugs at the heart strings all over the place, but the journey is entirely worth it. 👏

Great Minnestar board meeting today. It’s very rewarding to think about how far this organization and the events have come. More good things on the horizon! I’m honored to get to be part of such an impactful non-profit!
