Mazie and I had a great 18.4 mile bike ride today on the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail. This has to be one of the nicest rides in the state, with much of it under the shade of trees. 🚴♀️🚴♂️
Enjoying a cocktail at the brand new 10,000 Drops distillery in Faribault. Delicious drinks! 🍹 Also pizza from Pizzeria 201 in Montgomery made from their food truck here. Worth a trip! 👍🏻

Delicious pizza at Dino’s Pizzeria in Mankato tonight. 🍕 I also got to play with the crayons on the table.
Brisket came off after 15 ½ hours on the Big Green Egg. Internal temperature between 205-210. Rested for 30 mins in tinfoil and was fall-apart delicious on the cutting board. 🤤🔥
