Snow day seems like a good day to get the Z-Scale train out.
Model trains are always fun. Tyler and I are running the train yard today. Z-Scale is hard though.
With all the amazing capabilities of the iPhone camera system, it still can’t expose snow properly. I have to up the exposure on all of them. Perhaps Apple needs some camera engineers that don’t live in California.
Well over a foot of snow to deal this morning. Heavy too with the warm temperatures recently. Had to go at the slowest speed.
Cleared three neighbors driveways out with my snowblower. Building karma points today. 👍🏻
Planning to just let the snow keep falling, and get completely snowed in until tomorrow morning, then I’ll get the snowblower out. Seems like time for family movie night! 🍿
Minnebar 13
Today I went to my 13th Minnebar — I haven’t missed one yet! For the first time ever we had a blizzard to contend with. Usually Minnebar is competing with the first great days of spring. This year, we were worried if people could get to the event because of the snow. This was also the first Minnebar for our new Maria Ploessl, our new Executive Director, to take the lead on. The event went off great, with more coordination than the last couple of years.

Twin Peaks (Season 3)
I started watching the new Twin Peaks tonight. I was a big fan of the series in the 90’s, and have watched the whole series multiple times. It gave me goosebumps when the theme music started playing. I have only watched the first episode so far, and it is certainly weird, but I can’t wait to see where it goes. 📺
First game of Tetris in years. Not bad! 🤗
