Restoring my iPhone XS completely from iTunes and then restoring my backup seems to have fixed my battery issues, and Spotlight searches now work. Check out battery burn rate before and after.

Doing complete OS recovery and restore on my iPhone XS to hopefully fix whatever is causing it to burn through CPU and battery like crazy. Spotlight search would not work, I suspect it was stuck in a cycle rebuilding a search index. 🤞📱

Something is very wrong on my iPhone. The battery is draining super fast. I’ve noticed Spotlight isn’t working. Searches don’t return. I’m suspicious the search indexes for Spotlight are messed up and the phone is stuck rebuilding them?
