Mission objectrives for Engage.


  • Spin on my Peloton bike for 25 mins or more 3 times a week.
  • Use photo-logging of all of my food using the Ate application, along with metadata.
  • Take 20 min strength session on Peloton, possibly with a treadmill hike 2 times a week.
